Kari Samantha (born on April 28 in 1967) Wuhrer is a famous American actor and singer. She began her professional career as a teenager and is best recognized for her role as Maggie Beckett in the television show Sliders and also as the Sheriff Samantha Parker in the horror comedy film Eight Legged Freaks.Wuhrer was born in Brookfield, Connecticut, the daughter of Karin (nee Noble), an accountant for payroll, as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer, an officer in the police force and a automobile salesman. She has been blessed with three brothers. When she was in her teens she was a nightclub performer by sneaking from the house. From the Wooster school at the age of thirteen, she began studying drama.
