Shari Headley

She is best known for her performance as Lisa McDowell in the 1988 romantic comedy that topped the box office Coming to America and its sequel Coming 2 America (2021). Headley has also appeared in The Preacher's Wife (1996) and Johnson Family Vacation (2004). Headley played the role of Detective Mimi Reed on ABC's daytime soap drama All My Children from 1991-1994. Headley was also the lead of the Fox drama series 413 Hope St. (1997-1998), for which she was nominated for the NAACP Image Award as Outstanding Actress in Drama Series. Headley played the role of Jennifer Sallison, a villain in the Oprah Winfrey Network primetime soap The Oprah Winfrey Network primetime soap opera The Haves and the Have Nots.
